Placed an order for this evening for a plain cheese burger with lettuce and ketchup only. I ended up receiving an extra hot meat patty (I don’t even eat mild spices) I barely took one bite before my mouth was on fire. I thought maybe just chilli sauce but nope entire patty was coated in chilli inside the meat itself. Very disappointed as all I anted was a basic cheese burger with ketchup. Now it will end up in the bin as there is no way I can eat this. It’s his isn’t even mentioning my husbands chicken wrap that’s had a load of onion all through it when I asked for no onion. Pretty much a waste of £20 tonight as we’ve been left to only eat the chips.- Meal type

I should have read previous reviews, First and last visit, the wings were awful, as if they were old. skin all soft bones broken half of the flat wing missing, when i called back after 5 mins of collecting my food - I explained i was not happy, they didn't offer to refund or replace it! Straight in the bin! what a waste.

Overall, this shop is great. The food quality is good, prices are affordable, and the in-person customer service is friendly and attentive. Delivery orders, however, can be hit or miss, so it’s best to order directly from the shop.
Made a £70 order. All items were different and not as asked for. They sent 2 burgers but piled hot sauce on it. Very shocking service please Be mindful ordering here guys.

It was just awful I used to order it quite a lot a couple years ago and decided to get it again but it’s gone so downhill I ordered some strips and wings and the portion size for the strips was basically half a chicken breast cut into 5 skinny pieces and then burnt on the grill till no moisture was left I thought it couldn’t get worse then I tried the wings they were so black and burnt and smothered in this sickly rich sauce the taste was so bitter from it being burnt but then also disgustingly sweet when I didn’t choose a sweet sauce it was vile also it took about an hour to come I’m definitely not getting it again not sure what happened it used to be a lovely business- Food

Ordered lamb chops. Lamb ribs. Mash potato. Chips and bread. Sides where all fine. Sauce for the meat was also nice but the lamb itself on both chops and ribs incredibly chewy and inedible. Very hard and fatty. So chewy that they couldn't be eaten. 2 out of 12 where tender enough to eat and these where nice but the rest went to waste as you simply could not get through the meat. Very very dissaopinting.

Made me wait over 40 minutes for a cup of tea. The guy even took my payment straight away after I made the order which he usually doesnt. I waited so long. And then someone else from the back came after 40 minutes and gave me the tea. The person that took my order didnt know how to use the machine so instead of telling me. He just made me wait so long. Dont recommend coming here again.

The “create your own” veggie burger and the Mexican burgers are our absolute favourites — packed with flavour every time. And don’t get me started on the chilli cheese fries… no one does them like Hotspot Grill. We were on holiday actually craving it — had it yesterday and it was absolutely on point.
At this point, I think our family only visits us as an excuse to order from Hotspot Grill. Not even pretending anymore — it’s like, “Hey, how are you… what’s for dinner? Hotspot?” Legendary.- Service

First time trying out this place. Very dissatisfied. I went for a sharing platter with lamb chops but instead I got mutton chops with the chops being chewy and meat being hard I could not eat it so had to throw it away. Only thing that was nice was the sauce. Not happy wouldn’t recommend trying the chops. 🤮
